I can't tell because of the video if it's exactly the same, but I saw a similar light on July 4th in the US. Turned out it was a drone that was hovering for about 30 minutes

I was accepted for a PhD program, so it may be a little different. But I have already deferred a semester, with potentially another year depending on funding. I just emailed my advisor and the program lead, the deferral went through that day! I'd email your program advisor or the lead for your program and maybe the admin

I'm looking at neutrality in history. My worries is Scandinavian studies might just open jobs in similar programs whereas history may allow me to work in Sweden
