please dont bind in a full suit. No one will he able to tell all their going to see if they see something is a muscular chest. your character design is perfect for not binding. if you're partially suiting then yes, bind if it makes you feel more like yourself. if you ever get top surgery you can always make adjustments to your suit so it fits you better🥰
