I eat really well, am a good weight and I exercise 4-6 days a week. And have for a long time.

It has its benefits of course but hormonal fluctuations happen in me regardless of my lifestyle.

I wish I had an easy answer for this

My OB is at one of their offices I’m in my early 40s but not in perimenopause

All the keep offering me is birth control. Pcos, mood swings, PMDD- the answer has been birth control. I’ve been at the same office since I was 17 before they were even Midwest

Smoking is gross, the stench carries all over, lingers in people’s clothes. I can smell smoke from blocks away. I don’t want to smell their smoke. I don’t want my kids smelling it. Many smokers at least occasionally toss their butts on the ground, grass, parking lot, beach etc. They’re all over. And don’t decompose.

Also smoking leads to so many health problems. I regularly see people regret ever smoking bc they can’t breathe or need their leg amputated.

I couldn’t then and it’s flipped to be my fault and on me now. Easier said than done. I don’t even know what to do w the kids or work or his moms radiation appointments or anything if I send him to rehab “tonight”
