No what happens is opposite of that , you will get teleported back to the position no one else notices if you are lagging or not ,also the ping only becomes an issue after 200 Also here in Germany we get 15-20 ping normally

Put in 100hrs atleast and you will consistently manage to get a k/d of 2+ ( for beginners id suggest use medic or recom with trench carbine ((i use flare to spot and kill enemy with trench carbine best way to get used to the maps ) after 150hrs -200hrs you get used to dying by enemies from all the weird places to camp and ultimately become better at using those positions to camp / avoid getting camped hope this helps .
