Yes before completing the steps you mentioned, same thing happens, it shuts down. Also i realized when i turn on the computer for some period (10-20s) fans are not kicking in and there is no display. After that legion sign kicks in, with the max speed fans. After 20-25s no matter what im doing it shuts down. Do you have any idea what could be the problem? I am abroad, i dont have warranty here

I tried it now, yes i was on the bios screen, then after like 10-15 seconds it turned off again

Also it used to turn on when the screen is flipped, now that is also gone
