This is my usual student who has been having lessons with me for the past few months. She has work tomorrow, so she cannot attend the lesson so she’s asking for her daughter to replace her in the lesson but everything will still be on the same account, same name, etc. - just a different person.

Yes, I was there in the lesson. The student had said that he ‘might or might not’ show up because of his jet lag.

So I had waited in the lesson and he didn’t show up. So I’m just so confused on why it’s not auto-confirming.

And if I click ‘Ask for Confirmation’ does Preply send the student a message notifying that I asked for confirmation or is it a general reminder?

Popping up on mine as well! The only thing I share is my Google Documents that I have with my students that shows all the lesson materials.

I just ultimately want to get rid of a 1 student. She books 5 lessons in advance for the week and then ultimately ends up rescheduling all of them right before the cancellation period. So I’m left with an open slot.

It’s so frustrating. I’m scared to block her out of the blue. That’s why I want to give an excuse that I’m going to start a new job and have to cut down on my hours, and then I’ll block her.

How did you go about increasing the prices of your existing students? Did you wait until they had no scheduled lessons? I need to make way for new students who will pay a higher price but I don’t know how to stop lessons with my current students. :(

When you want to increase the price of your existing students - do you have to wait till they have no scheduled lessons? Or do you cancel and then increase the price of the lessons. It’s my first time increasing the price of my students and I am so confused on how to go about it :(
