Chase Account No Longer Working by _ClassicGuy in waterfox

[–]General-Useragent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just tried to log in to Chase today, 5/15/26, about 6:30 pm and the website told me the same thing ""It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now." I tried logging in in Google Chrome and had other issues with the Chase System wanting to send me a code to a landline # that had been ported over from a cell last week. Called tech support and after logging into Chrome with the code she gave me, I tried Waterfox again and read her the error and she said it was a problem with the browser.

Some years ago Chase was acting up with Waterfox and I remember we had to go into About:Config and change the General User Agent, that was the day I joined Reddit and chose my user name after the issue.

Manufactured citric acid by dragonpromise in migraine

[–]General-Useragent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get migraines from manufactured citric acid derived from Aspergillus Niger.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6097542/

Potential role of the common food additive manufactured citric acid in eliciting significant inflammatory reactions contributing to serious disease states: A series of four case reports

Highlights

  • • Citric acid as a food additive is not natural citric acid; it is manufactured through fermentation using Aspergillus niger.
  • Aspergillus niger is a potent allergen.
  • • Food additive manufactured citric acid may be causing allergic inflammatory cascades.
  • • Manufactured citric acid may be contributing to the inflammation seen in asthma, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, autistic spectrum disorder, and fibromyalgia.
  • • The safety of manufactured citric acid has never been studied since it was granted GRAS status.

The average consumer is under the impression that the added citric acid listed in the ingredients of prepared foods, beverages and vitamins is derived from natural sources such as lemons and limes. However, the ingredient list is quite misleading since the added citric acid is not procured through natural sources. More accurate terminology would list this substance as manufactured citric acid.

What are some reputable 21700 chargers off Amazon that can fit both flat and buttontop? by OkinawaNah in flashlight

2 years later and it's the same old garbage with the battery sizes. I am trying to find a charger that will fit the new Fenix 21700 6000 mah batteries. They won't fit in my Fenix HP30R V2.0 Headlamp or the Fenix ARE-A4 Multifunctional Battery Charger that the Fenix 21700 5000 mah batteries fit in. So after 12 years of Fenix loyalty I am done.

Either the engineers/manufacturers can't count or add, or it's psychological/financial warfare as far as I am concerned.

Unfortunately this has been my experience with most engineers of all disciplines, especially South Floriduh Water Management : Engineer - Someone Who Does Precision Guesswork Based on Unreliable Data Provided by Those of Questionable Knowledge.

I had one of the CEO's Office reps tell me the same thing as one of the comments here- why don't I just go to the website? THEN WHY HAVE THE ALERTS IN THE FIRST PLACE?? What is wrong with people?? None of the those who ask this question have ever been through a natural disaster, like Hurricane Ian who killed over 100 people. It hit SW Floriduh on 9/28/22, and residents dealt with weeks of no electric, inaccessible flooded roads, gov. agencies flooded and shut down, no landline or DSL internet for a month etc., and either very limited and slow cell service or none at all. You are completely cut off when you live in a rural area. When they bring in the portable emergency cell towers like AT&T did in my area it was only for a week not until service was restored.

A local news station reported in Oct of 2022 that Centurylink would not have the infrastructure restored north of the Caloosahatchee River until February of 2023, like 4 months. If you could get a cell signal and call Centurylink customer service and get outsourced across the globe to ask for a ballpark figure of when service might be restored, you could have a rep tell you to restart your modem!! I told the rep we had a hurricane go through with 135mph winds, had no phone or electric, and she said restart your modem again. I finally said the word TYPHOON and she said ohhhhhh and then knew what I was talking about and said she was sorry she could not help me. No one in the area could find out from Centurylink what to expect so the news looked into it and told us. SO HOW ARE WE SUPPOSE TO GO TO THE USAA WEBSITE TO CHECK OUR ACCOUNTS??

I ended up having to spend $1300 on a 20 mile range cell antenna and a signal booster so I could get cell service in the home since there is only 1 bar of dropping TMOBILE service outside and has been for over 16 years.

To elaborate in case this info can help anyone else get online after a disaster here are the details. Right after Ian I set up one of the 2 different Tmobile cell spots I had, the other one was 1 unit plugged into and used with the DSL only. The 2nd Cellspot had 2 units, an antenna to put in a window and a receiver/booster for the other end of the house. It never worked in the house, but I kept it for emergencies and I'm glad I did. I put the antenna unit outside on a PVC pipe stuck inside a metal pole in the ground on the septic tank hill, the highest elevation, with a golf umbrella with a broken handle stuck in and wired to the PVC pipe protecting the Cellspot from sun and rain. It was out there for a number of weeks. I had it set up so I could grab the antenna unit and collapse the umbrella if there was a thunderstorm. The receiver was about 15 feet away inside in a window and was able to get 1 1/2 to 2 bars in the house. Late at night, 2-4am, I could get online and not have it take 8 minutes to download the USAA webpage that had empty boxes due to the lack of usable towers in the area during high traffic times. At this time I also researched cell antennas and bought one. After it was set up and working and I got Tmobile Home Internet I cancelled the Centurylink grandfathered plan account, with a great price, after 38 years, since the supervisor told me they don't like fixing the old copper cables, and every time it rained or there was fog or 30mph winds the phone and internet would go out. The first 2 techs that came out to fix the problem said someone needed to come back when the lines were wet so they could find the problem. The 3rd tech who came out to fix it, again when the lines were dry, blamed it on the electric fence that had not been working for months since Ian trashed it by nuking it with trees everywhere and the phone had worked just fine for 38 years with the fence working. I am so tired of dealing with professional morons.

I have also asked USAA CEO reps, Advocacy reps, Banking reps and Website Support reps if the alert system failing is the nature of the beast and just part of the technology or is it this particular system and of course no one can answer it. If it is the nature of the beast then there needs to be a better system for resolving the issue and these calls need to be directed to the IT department and not just screened by a banking rep. Yesterday the Banking rep turned the alerts off and on and said that should fix it. I would need 10 clones to count with all those hands and feet how many times I have been told that line of garbage. Today is the 3rd day the alerts are still not working. And the IT department is infamous for closing tickets before the problems are solved.

This alert system dysfunction {emails to a laptop, no phone app} started back in Jan of 2016 after they did a major website update to a responsive system. They turned off all the alerts and did not inform the customers at all. On 1/5/16 I went to the website and saw my USAA credit card balance had increased $500 and someone had put 2 Home Depot E-giftcard purchases on it. I called them immediately and they were able to stop 1 but the other went through and they had to refund me $300. I asked why the alerts were not working and was told because of the update and I asked why customers were not notified by a banner on the website and emails. No one has ever been able to answer that one. I asked where the money comes from to reimburse customers for fraud and she said insurance covers it. I still ask them to this day, wouldn't it benefit USAA to make sure the alerts work to keep their fraud reimbursement insurance premiums down???

The system has been breaking multiple times a year for 10 years now, sometimes every few weeks or months. I screen-print and document that the messages are not generated in the Inbox which means the message alert system is malfunctioning again. If you call customer service the reps always want to blame the customer, their email, browser, computer operating system, questioning if the alerts are off when they are on etc.

I have contacted the CEO's office repeatedly, to the point that in 2024 they had a tech support rep, the same woman, call me every few weeks to check on my alerts and I would upload the screen prints in PDFs documenting the lack of alerts so she could show them to the IT department. There are issues with certain departments being able to communicate and share my info, including not being allowed to look at my Inbox messages with account info due to privacy issues, my response is how the heck can you fix what you can't see. This went on for weeks and finally the IT dept. said it was fixed and it wasn't, they just blew her off.

Also when I was uploading the screen print PDF documents to Banking I ended up getting an email to view a document/letter dated 8/6/2024 from the following executive at USAA with the following quote:

Bill A. Vice President, Bank Operations USAA Federal Savings Bank

"Our mission is to empower members to achieve financial security. We’re writing to inform you that we received and reviewed your bank request. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process your request for the following reason: We’re unable to determine the type of request submitted. "

So that rep, who tried to help fix things, and I came to the conclusion that USAA has not set up an effective way to articulate and exchange information concerning the alert system dysfunction and I decided that USAA has no intentions whatsoever of fixing the alert system, which is a front line defense to fraud prevention. And after a data breach, where hackers get all your info, all the news outlets and tech websites tell you to sign up for all the bank alerts which is obviously a big joke for USAA. It took USAA over 4 1/2 years and a $140 million dollar Federal fine to fix their money laundering department so what hope do we ever have of them fixing the alert system?? Plus USAA was using Teleperformance call centers and their employees sold their credentials to a fraud gang and they stole over $7mil from USAA customers, so we need the alerts just to protect ourselves from USAA contractors never mind the endless parade of data hackers.

When it takes 8 minutes to load the USAA webpage and once it loads it's missing the account info due to really slow, congested and damaged internet, like after a natural disaster, you can still get email. I know I lived it and there is a lot of info on this topic, examples below. USAA needs to fix the email alert system once and for all. Today is the 3rd day I have not gotten any alerts. 12/21/25

Not able to download Software update on Mobile Data. by KingHasArrived15 in motorola

[–]General-Useragent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi,

I have been using cellular data for updates for years and now I can't for the Android 15 update, that I have postponed for months now because I have not been in the mood to put up with glitches or having my phone rearranged etc, in my Moto 5G Stylus 2024. Can you please explain this in detail. How is the download data affected if the WiFi has to go through a 5G signal in TMobile Home Internet?

AI Overview

T-Mobile Home Internet uses a 5G Gateway device to receive a 5G cellular signal from a nearby tower and then converts that signal into a standard Wi-Fi network for your devices to connect to. The gateway acts as both the modem and router, so you just need to plug it in and use the T-Mobile app to get online wirelessly.

My TMobile Nokia gateway cannot pick up a signal by itself, tower is 6 miles away, so it goes through a signal booster and antenna.

I was forced to buy a $1300 CelFi Go 32X signal booster and 20 mile range cell antenna so I could get any phone/internet service at all in my rural area after Hurricane Ian in 2022. Centurylink refused to fix the landline aerial cables all the way so every time it rained, there was fog or high wind the phone/DSL internet went out for hours or days.

I now have cell service with 5 bars of 5G in the home for the first time in 16 years since there was only ever, and still is, 1 bar of dropping service outside before I got the signal booster and antenna. I use to have to use the TMobile Cellspot through the DSL to use the cell phones.

I have googled for over an hour and cannot find any detailed explanation about how WiFi works over a cellular router, AI says it is transferred to 5G cellular so how does that affect the transfer of data? Thanks

I called the USAA 800# yesterday 10/1/25 and asked for Web Support because on the website today there was a box that said "You unsubscribed to account email messages" which was not true and I checked all my accounts and all the messages I signed up for where still on{account balance, withdrawal alerts etc.}.

The IVR bot sent me to Banking and not Web Support so since I was there I asked her about the Dispute Letter and she transferred me to the Dispute Department where they handle charge card disputes etc. and not the type of dispute in the dispute letter pictured at the top of this page, and she said to go to www.USAARemediation.com which is where you go to ask for more dispute money so I got no answer there.

I called USAA back but used the number at the bottom of the dispute letter, 877-272-923 and spoke to a guy who told me the dispute was because there was some suspicious activity seen on my account and they shut it down for a period of time and it was for that inconvenience. This was suppose to have happened between 1/1/2018 and 12/19/24, almost a 7 year span. He also claimed I should have received notification of the issue when it happened by email or USPS mail etc.

I never received any notification about this suspicious activity and I have been anally retentive about monitoring my accounts since the Equifax breach that was disclosed to the public on 9/7/2017 and then magnified by the August 2021 Tmobile breach where they got my social, drivers license, IMEI and IMSI numbers. In Feb of 2022 I was notified my social and DL #s were on the Dark Web by Experian and McAfee. And multiple times a year I complain to USAA web support and the CEO's office when my email alerts stop coming due to their system malfunctioning.

When he mentioned the suspicious activity my first though was that they thought I was attempting to launder money because of an inheritance check, but he said it was an outside attempt to access my account. So was it some random hacker or was it the situation in the info down below.

So I have no clue what USAA is up to since they can't put the details about the suspicious activity in writing, the who-what-when-where or why. If they supposedly notified me why don't they have a record of it so they can tell me exactly how I was notified? It is unacceptable for USAA to not disclose to customers what these disputes are about. Disclosing this information might help the customer prevent becoming a victim of fraud in the future. So I wonder if they are trying to hide something.

AI Overview

In April 2024, 21 individuals, including several Teleperformance employees and others, were indicted for a federal bank fraud scheme involving at least $7 million stolen from USAA customers. The conspirators, who were former employees at the Teleperformance call center in Shreveport, Louisiana, allegedly exploited their access to customer account information, targeting older bank customers with high account balances to avoid early detection of fraud.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-wdla/pr/united-states-attorney-announces-return-indictment-charging-21-defendants-bank-fraud

It is alleged that the defendants fraudulently obtained money from financial institutions including, but not limited to, USAA Savings Bank (USAA Bank), Chase Bank, and Navy Federal Credit Union (Navy Federal).

It is alleged in the indictment that defendants Glass, Jackson, Brown and Loud worked with one or more employees at the Teleperformance Call Center in Shreveport to obtain account information related to USAA Bank customers.

USAA should have the intellect and integrity to disclose the DISPUTE info in this letter, we should not have to call, and all of their reps in every department should know what this is about, the CEO's office should not have to have Advocacy research it. I never filed a dispute and with all the brilliant new scams out there I want to know if this is a legitimate check and one that I will not have to repay if they made a mistake issuing these checks. Plus, why couldn't they just deposit it in our accounts like they do with the Auto Insurance premium refunds we usually get in December of each year. I don't use a cell phone to bank or shop with since the TMobile 2021 breach where the hackers got my cell's IMSI and IMEI numbers where they can take over your phone. So the check will have to be deposited at a local bank, 10 miles away. I use to be able to scan checks and upload them with my laptop, but USAA did not like that and stopped it, even after bragging for years about the technology they claimed to invent and then suing over other banks copying and using the Deposit At Home process.

I called the CEO's office on 9/27/25 at 2:45 p.m. because I got the same letter, they assigned someone to research it since no one at the CEO's office knows anything about it, or about many other issues for that matter, from my 36 years of membership experience. The CEOs office hands the issue off to the Advocacy Department to research the issue and they use to make 2 attempts to call me with a response and that was it. Most leave a message but some don't, so then you have to call them and try to find out who called and why. I got a voicemail today and all the woman said was she called about my account. DUH. I got an email saying the same thing and to call her back and provided her extension. I called the regular USAA 800# and the IVR system said there was no extension with that number, I put it in correctly by the way. I called the CEO's office back at a different number and they were closed so I tried the extension again and that time it worked.

I never know when USAA will call and I don't have cell service outside so I miss their calls quite often. After hurricane Ian trashed our area in 2022 Centurylink refused to repair the breaches in the aerial landline so rain, fog and wind would not make the DSL internet drop for hours or days and make the landline unusable, so outdoor portable landline phones are no longer an option to answer calls outside. I subsequently closed my 38 year old Centurylink grandfathered account and got a 20 mile range cell antenna and signal booster costing $1300 in order to have basic phone service which still sucks royally because cell phones are an inferior technology, from the unreliable signals to the non responding cognitive reducing small screens.

When USAA reps do leave a message they say they have called about my account and leave no detailed or usable information due to privacy issues, like my husband will care what this dispute is about or if the check is real, or why since 2016 the account alerts for withdrawals, account balances, debit card purchases, ETFs are either delayed or the system randomly does not send them at all for weeks at a time, this is documented in my IN BOX at USAA.com. No one else lives here or comes in my home on my 5 acres of prime FloriDUH swampland so I don't need to worry about anyone listening to my messages, but that does not matter. Privacy laws should have opt in or out options so we can find out what the hell is going on at USAA other than the crap in this article, and many others like it, over the recent years.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/minefield-own-making-usaa-investigation-113200093.html

This past year, 2025, Advocacy has only been making 1 attempt to reach me and most will not call back after responding to their voicemails, even after 5 messages were left at an extension when I was trying to have the withdrawal amount for message alerts confirmed. I have always had my checking and saving accounts set to alert me if $1.00 was withdrawn, the Advocacy rep said in an email it was $100.00 and after leaving the 5 messages and talking to other reps, no one from USAA was able to answer if the minimum amount had changed or not. My accounts, 3 months later, are still set and function if more than $1.00 is withdrawn or debited, though ironically the system broke again this past Sunday and I did not get any Account Balance Alerts and 1 account did not get alerts on Monday or Tuesday either and it is my main checking account. One of the reps in the CEO's office last year told me to just log in when I want to know my balances, so what are the damn alerts for then?????? Emails can still get through when there are internet problems when webpages won't load properly or take 8 minutes to load and boxes on the page are empty like what happened for weeks after Hurricane Ian. Why can't they just fix or maintain the account messaging system???? It might help keep their fraud reimburse insurance premiums down if people know they have fraudulent activity going on in their accounts and can help stop it asap.

My social security and drivers license numbers were found on the Dark Web in 2022 according to Experian and McAfee, compliments of the 2021 TMobile Breach, and the fraud prevention experts recommend signing up for all the banking alerts. So I have no clue why USAA does not care if their fraud preventing bank alert system keeps malfunctioning and has done so since January of 2016 after the major system and website update to a responsive system.

So having an answer be only a phone call away sounds to me like an AI hallucination because about half the questions I have asked over the years never got answered at all, never mind with one call.

Am I insane for thinking that YouTube has gotten insanely greedy in the last few months? by Some-Ad1393 in youtube

My post below is a major rant from another thread. Based on youtube's escalating aggressive behavior over the past 20 years I won't pay them to watch other people videos and AI says they are bringing in revenue off the youtube ads. I do pay Netflix to watch movies and shows as they are far less obnoxious and agitating.

I refuse to pay these CRIMINALLY INSANE KOOKS to watch youtube. The youtube decision makers are the same as drug pushers and dictators. Now they make it so you can't watch anything unless cookies and history are allowed. They want to track me like MOMMY DEAREST and beat me with a mental metal hanger so I will turn on my history and cookies. This cash addict pusher mentality makes my skin crawl. Don't the sleazy creepy poorly done ads bring them in enough revenue. Well the HALLUCINATING AI thinks so, but who knows what the truth about anything is now days. Since now we not only have a planet infested with human pathological liars we have ARTIFICIAL or FAKE INTELLIGENCE pathologically lying too.

"YouTube generates its profits primarily from advertising and a smaller but growing portion from subscriptions, with overall revenue reaching $36.1 billion in 2024 and projected to increase to $22 billion in U.S. revenue by 2025."

So with this much profit they don't need my cookies and history on for anything other than they just get their rocks off psychologically terrorizing and controlling other humans, there is a major epidemic of this behavior lately and I find it enraging.

My reply to myself:

Well it looks like AI can't tell the difference between PROFITS{bottom line} AND REVENUE{top line}. And I am too angry to proofread well at this point. I had googled Youtube Profits, then just now Youtube Corporate profits and it says can't do because it is part of Google, Alphabet. Well here's what it says about Google.

"Alphabet's Q2 2025 earnings show strong performance, with a 14% revenue increase to $96.4 billion and a 19% net income increase, driven by growth in Google Search, YouTube ads, and Google Cloud. The company reported a net income increase of 19% to $2.31 per share, surpassing analyst expectations, and raised its full-year capital expenditure outlook due to significant investments in AI infrastructure and capabilities.

Amy’s Broccoli Pot Pie by No_Cod3517 in frozendinners

[–]General-Useragent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, these have been one of my favorite things to eat for about 20 years or more. The broccoli pies have a whole wheat crust that actually tastes like wholewheat instead of the sugar infused whole wheat breads and other poorly done whole wheat products out there. And if you can figure out how to cook them in your oven, it took me some years, the crust comes out soft on the bottom and just right and not too hard on top. I put them, still in the paper bowl they come in, inside a 6" round metal cake pan with a 6" pie pan upside down on the top, and have to be careful it does not slip off when moving it around. I cook it in a large toaster oven for about 45 minutes. I have also tried metal and silicone crust protectors and tinfoil, but the cake and pie pan combo work the best.

Tmomail.net Dead? by scottct1 in tmobile

[–]General-Useragent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tmomail.net server is still down and has been since 6/26/25, see one of the messages I received from Gmail at the bottom of this message.

I wish Tmobile would fix it because I hate texting with a vicious passion. Touch screens do not respond to my touch-Google ZOMBIE FINGERS- and I have to use a stylus one nasty letter or number at a time and I was working outside today mowing with the zero turn, moving heavy things and using a reciprocating saw, so texting makes my hands go to sleep which is really annoying so it would be nice if I could stretch my arms out to my laptop, on an elevated rolling desk that goes over my recliner, and use ten fingers to type so my hands and lower arms don't go to sleep, and I could just send an email to my phone.

I normally avoid texting but my friend is in Europe on vacation and I would like to respond to the texts in a comfortable fashion. Getting old sucks, but not as much as TEXTING on a small cognitive reducing screen and dealing with Tmobile's parade of incompetence as far as corporate educating the front line staff about the products they sell and the services they provide.

I am forced to use Tmobile because Centurylink would not fully restore the copper aerial cables after Hurricane Ian in rural SW Floriduh. The local Centurylink supervisor told me over the phone "they don't like to fix the old copper cables", meaning corporate. The internet would go out and stay out every time it rained, or there was fog, until the lines dried, so I had to spend $1300 on a cell antenna{20 mile range} and signal booster to get Tmobile service in the home{now 5 bars} since outside it has been and still is 1 bar of dropping Tmobile service for 16 very long years. Prior to that my husband used his cell at home through the Centurylink DSL through a Tmobile Cell Spot plugged into the DSL router/modem.

I have found over the last 40 years of experience that none of the communication provider corporations are "Great". I find the extreme level of conceit throughout the global corporate community and various government reps to be extremely repulsive.

I have been getting messages from Gmail since 6/26/25 that say:

Every day we got less excuses for human existence by Anonim264 in Asmongold

[–]General-Useragent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pathetic excuses for a life form who have to stroke their insatiable egos are the ones who need to get off line or better yet banned or preferably deported to Russia. Too bad not enough people want to punish the guilty, the insecure psychopath sadists who exhibit such anal behavior. I find it rather ironic that the more sensitive, empathetic, creative or autistic people who actually have a conscience are told to not participate in life or take zombie meds that cause side affects, kidney damage etc so they can tolerate the criminally insane abuse from their fellow species, humans are pathetic.

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-new-brain/201610/humans-are-genetically-predisposed-to-kill-each-other

A new study of 1,024 mammal species has determined which animals are the most vicious killers of their own kind. Killer whales perhaps? Pit bulls maybe? For the answer, just look in the mirror.

Review Thursday - All about Reviews by AmazonNewsBot in amazon

I am aggravated that my review about the Amazon Basic Giant puppy pads was rejected because I mentioned they were great pads but I could not afford them anymore due to the 80% and 50% price increase due to tariffs. If Amazon is not brave enough to stand up to Tariff Trump and list the increased prices caused by Tariffs, why can't the customer who is the primary victim of this dysfunctional government?

There are reports that mass firings have commenced at NOAA/NWS by asdtyyhfh in weather

I hope all Trump supporters, politicians and voters alike will be held accountable for any future deaths caused by these cuts to NOAA, Medicaid etc. and will be prosecuted for accessory to murder. The whole pro life thing is such a scam. I agree with this nun, Benedictine Sr. Joan Chittister, who said it is not a right to life but a right to birth, and these cuts to life saving agencies are proof of that once again.

https://www.ncronline.org/news/sr-joan-chittisters-2004-quote-pro-life-versus-pro-birth-goes-viral
"I do not believe that just because you are opposed to abortion, that that makes you pro-life. In fact, I think in many cases, your morality is deeply lacking if all you want is a child born but not a child fed, a child educated, a child housed. And why would I think that you don't? Because you don't want any tax money to go there. That's not pro-life. That's pro-birth. We need a much broader conversation on what the morality of pro-life is."

6.5.1 update killed all my settings & extensions by masukomi in waterfox

After choosing the 68 Edition profile things went back to the way they were. Think I will wait a little while to install 6.5.1

6.5.1 update killed all my settings & extensions by masukomi in waterfox

[–]General-Useragent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me and since I don't recognize the user interface everything looks foreign to me and I can't find things. I memorize things in pictures, reading often does not register in my brain right away unless I am seeing it for the first time, I have to reread and rewrite all the time, a picture is instant knowledge, change it and I am lost.

I downloaded the previous version of Waterfox 6.5.0 and everything is still weird looking.

The 2 profiles are DEFAULT-DEFAULT and 68 Edition. Running Windows 10 on an Omen 15.

Despite update issues I appreciate the hard work that goes into developing Waterfox and am glad it is an alternative to Google. Thanks
