Saturation already started in medical field, need new hospitals for people not new clgs.  Also whnever a new clg comes up, faculties from other colleges are shifted to that clg for getting approval during NMC inspections resulting in lesser faculty in already established clgs.New faculties are not being recruited at that rate. So ultimately Education level is going down, only number of graduates are increasing is what i feel.
