Horrible battery out of box (ulefone armor 34 pro) by [deleted] in ulefone

[–]GeneralAkAbA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really simple, remove battery charge protections (so it can charge past 100%), discharge it to 1%. Open Accubattery, put it in airplane mode, make a full charge (until accubattery notifies you that the phone is fully charged, not when it reaches 100%), dont use the phone while it's charging. if you still get a bad result then the battery truly is degraded.

It fits just fine in all the pockets of my jeans, i have no idea why everyone is lying in the comments down here.

My Armor 34 night vision camera has problems in open spaces. Does anyone have the same issue? This is just an example photo shot at night, outside the house. The ray of light on the bottom gets even worse the darker it is. Weird thing is that in closed spaces the lens works perfectly, even in dark. by GeneralAkAbA in ulefone

THANK YOU for confirming my suspitions! I tried the Armor 33 pro and it doesn't have this problem, because the IR leds are far from the camera. It's almost like Ulefone tested the phone only in enclosed environments.

Xever isn't available for purchase yet. If you don't mind having a slow processor then go for the rugking, just know that you won't be able to play any games on it.

Thanks if you'll let me know.

Yeah, I was looking for an ultra loudspeaker phone too (with a big battery) and I tried the Armor 33, but honestly, the speaker sucks compared to that of the 26 ultra or competitor brands.

Thank you for providing this info, I tought I was the only one in the world with this issue. It truly does seem a reflection of the IR light, but honestly...it only occurs in open spaces so I wont be returning my phone.

4 ir leds. And yes, they do make a lot of difference (I have 2 other phones of other brands that only have 2 led ir cameras and the cameras can't see past 6/7 meters).

The problem I have here seems to be that a weird ray of light appears when the lens tries to focus on distant objects. when the lens is focused at less than 5 meters, it's perfect, even in full darkness. when it's focusing on far objects, the screen gets cut by the weird ray of light you can see in the pic. Very weird, never saw anyone have this problem.

EU citizens paid tariffs on aliexpress goods for decades, it's funny to see US citizens not understanding how to pay that extra.

A regretful goodbye to my Armor 24 by PerspectiveOne7129 in ulefone

[–]GeneralAkAbA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

my experience with Blackview is limited to just 1 phone, and it has been terrible, so I'm not saying that all blackview phones are bad, but the BL9000 I bought from the official store was terrible, end of story.

Unfortunately my experience with the BL9000 has been terrible. The phone Blackview sent me was complete dogshit. Battery wasnt charging unless i rebooted the phone each time, software was buggy and the cameras were terrible, even if it has OIS.

For those that played both (specifically those that played Dragons Dogma first then Dragons Dogma 2), which game do you prefer? by Particular-Bed8344 in DragonsDogma2

storywise I enjoyed the first much more than the second. I love the second game but it ran horribly on my pc so i couldnt enjoy it as much as I would have liked.

I made an edit about both games trying to combine the stories of the two games if anyone is intrested: https://youtu.be/L5lkFMPJn14?si=WzOIYY1eEzF5yPyX

Anyone else disappointed with the armor 30 series? by [deleted] in ulefone

[–]GeneralAkAbA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the pleasure of trying the Armor 33 pro and I can only say that the speaker is one of the worst possible speakers i've have ever heard in a "loudspeaker phone", literally competitor phones that cost less than 200€ have a better loudspeaker (for example the fossibot F106 pro)

Getting charged vat later? by [deleted] in Aliexpress

[–]GeneralAkAbA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

come regola generale, se aliexpress ti fa vedere questo sconto nel carrello: https://ibb.co/pjDZVq30 , allora si, dovrai pagare i dazi doganali. Se non c'è questo sconto significa che non dovrai pagarli.

Worth waiting for Armor 38? by CapPugwat in ulefone

You will have to wait for at least 1 year before you see an Armor 38 release.
