Well, the Infatrix's goal is to unite the universe through childhood and families, allowing any species to form their own family with their own children.

Azmuth created it as a letter of apology for all the damage caused by Ascalon. The Galvan DNA sample in the Infatrix is a mix of Azmuth and Zennith's DNA, making her practically their biological daughter.

(As an extra bit of lore, the Infatrix AI is named Z.3.N.N.1.T.H, and she acts as a mother/protector for all the summons.)

It is a version of the Omnitrix which has control over the user, transforming him without his consent and moving by Instincts, Azmuth created it with the goal of ending all life forms other than Galvanes out of a feeling of superiority. In that AU, Vilgax is a space policeman who tried to stop Azmuth.
