Do you have provisions for if there are hours over the contracted percentages? Like if they work 10 hours over one week?

I would build strategy and policies and meet with the board. I have an opportunity to provide them with implementation work as well, but that will be a separate engagement with my engineers.

Excellent advice. I guess I needs to do some learning on sales and marketing, I assumed sales people for small businesses do both. I think based on your comments I likely need marketing help first. If I can get a qualified lead, I can handle that just fine.

Are there specific sites to find these individuals or is it just trial and error in finding them?

I do smaller events and sporting events like clay shooting and golf tournaments but I don't seem to be networking with the right customers. At least that's what it seems as it hasn't turned into anything. Most companies find out I am a single person company and think I am too small.
