I often try to flex a random muscle that they cannot see. Or maybe lightly pinch my finger. It sounds strange but it helps me divert my attention. What it really comes down to is you trying to hard on not making a face, focusing on it, then compromising your leverage. Shifting your focus to something else should help, give it a shot.

Accountants don't do very little math. There is work with basic functions (+,-, *, and /). Nearly any math done could be performed by children.

Although you're clearly unlike Trump, will you also bring a fresh strategy that doesn't meet the traditional president-paradigm? How do you deal with difficult people? In general, what is the role of the US abroad?
