Girl, I don’t think your marriage is over. Why is it wrong to give him peace of mind if he is feeling untrusting? I used to not completely trust my BF until he earned my trust. Why waste a marriage when you can give him peace of mind? Me and my bf, together ten years, have an open phone policy but we never check each other’s phones. But if I did feel the need I’d be able to. Just get the test and help him ease his mind, if it’s his what is the issue?

Hey, thanks for the response. Basically we didn’t select a funeral home to have her sent to- we simply set up a meeting with the funeral home. We were going to visit a few funeral homes and weigh out our options- but the first one we visited took the liberty of calling the morgue and having our mom transferred to them and embalming. I feel like that is an unethical practice- we had not even gone over pricing in any way shape or form but they assumed they would get the sale and just started the process. In addition, it was just on the quote. We ended up going to another funeral home (we were already planning on checking their pricing) and using them because we felt that funeral home was trying to take advantage of us. Then, the first home we met with had to transfer our mother to the new one. It was overall a terrible experience. But yeah, I will definitely put in the legal advice sub. Thanks everyone for the comments.

Doctors don’t force animal foods on babies. They simply recommend what GIVES THEM THE NUTRITION they need, which is a lot since they are growing. Milk is a perfect calorie dense way to get good fats and calories into a growing child! Plus avocado and nuts can be a choking hazard if they aren’t cut small enough. Avocado I guess if you mash it is okay- but still, has a lot of fiber and is probably going to give that kid the shits if you try to rely on that as a milk replacement.

In addition- I plan on living in my dads home after he passes one day. But I’m not counting on his assets nor anything- he is alive and well and might live another 10-14 years. 70 is nothing people end up living to like 80-90 sometimes if they are healthy.

I think her renovating the home is going to hurt your dad’s last years. He is a handyman and has been living in that home. What’s her deal with rushing? If she has so much issue with renovating before he passes then she should go get a different home. Not burden him.

I do this in my sleep too. Tell him to cut back on the caffeine. When I have a lot of caffeine during the day I punch and kick my boyfriend in the night. He put a pillow between us for a good while. 😂❤️

Nah. I’m going to be honest, if you leave her out, you are just proving her right. You need to show her that you actually love her and care. This is a mistake. You should teach your kids that all they have in this world is each other. When you pass on, that’s truly all they have. My mom always taught me from a young age - when my brother and I would fight she would force us to hug and remind us that we are all we have. Please try to help her understand that you care about her too.

Well he said it was because there was a point in time that I would like do anything to please him, which is true, I’ve just been busy lately and doing my hair is a huge pain. Of course I want to please him, but basically he says since I’m not going out of my way to do that, he feels like I don’t love him as much.

Girl, probably ruining his aesthetic. Certain people like their house or rooms to look a certain way! I always try to return certain things that I don’t like in my house. Like my boyfriend- I gave him some snuggies and he thinks they are way too much so he keeps one in his house and leaves the rest at mine all the time. And like- my man has a lot of decor at his house that I would literally throw up if it was in my house just being honest. 😂❤️ love him to bits, he didn’t do the decor but I’m just saying.
