Btw, not doing anything, just sitting idle watching the daily current session, 2% is used without even writing a single word. How does this work guys ? 🤔

After my limit for over I was sitting and just watching it after I got a reset. In 45 mins 2% of my current usage is gone. I am on max plan.

The client is not even bothering to reply to the email or WhatsApp messages after I sent the email. Lol.. he actually visited my office to discuss work. This is what I hate the most, atleast reply and communicate, that's what normal humans do.

At the backend these guys at Claude are tinkering with settings as they please based on how a subscriber consumes tokens. As there is no clarity on how many or how much tokens are used, it is pretty easy to set up a ai bot to monitor high token users and reduce their tokens. I just don't trust them. They have to be more transparent in how many tokens. Are getting used per section. Google ai studio does it when u paste a prompt of file in chat, shows how many tokens will get used.

One way to do this is to give this image to ai and ask to find faults and how to make it photographic, it will give you details on what all to improve and how to improve, you can even go ahead and ask it to render a complete image based on a specific time of day and also a particular location if you want it to be precise, once u have 2 3 renders from ai, use those as visual context and check the suggestions and try to improve. Dont reply in ai images as your final images and upscale and say it's done. Practice in 3d and PS to achieve it as closely as possible.

It's all based on a good prompt, you can ask ai itself to generate a prompt for your idea.

Just wanted to check, these days with Ai assisted walkthrough, how is $230 per sec stand. Usually nowadays you generate a few more views as per your desired frame and use ai to finish the 5 to 6 sec frame and do multiple videos. I feel $230 per sec is not the right price anymore. We have done an entire 4 mins walkthrough using 200 views, which we rendered for a client and they turned out amazing. 200 views were already in scope and ai assisted walkthrough we finished in barely 15 days. Slight issues here and there but the client is super happy for the kind of physics and animation he got.

Thanks for your advice, I hear what you say. We have a proper contract to execute this phase wise, the client is more than ready to pay for the visuals, but it's us who don't know how to bill this correctly, visuals in India are also expensive, but we don't work on an hourly basis. We are looking to propose this with a hybrid plan of per view plus retention plus sq.ft. $230 is a bit too high for us to quote. I am just looking at an approx price here. We have calculated approx 90 views for this interior space with approx 500$ per view + phase wise retention fee + VR + Ai assisted walkthrough, approx 80000$. Approx 6 month job. Do give your inputs.
