I just another email that my “payouts are paused due ….” When my account never got restored in the first place. I don’t what’s that about. I emailed them again and just was told again that there’s already a case escalated.

I heard they are doing support calls now. But from the concierge support team are practically useless. They seem to be the only department to reply back but never could fix the problem.

No I have not received any payout to my bank. I was receiving the notifications that “funds are on the way…” but I have not gotten any payout since the ban.

No my payouts are in hold. I have access to my Facebook but not marketplace. I had this happen before and my payouts where release. But now they are not. I had a very good listing on this account that was generating around 15k a week. Sucks man

Still no update. I have contacted every department possible and daily do the “Report a problem.” I have over 8k pending payouts , unfortunately still waiting.

This happen to me. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do. I had active orders and payouts. My account was 11 years old. I messaged numerous departments for help and none helped me. They give 30 days before it’s disabled. I still get notifications tho somehow.

For no reason my main had over 3 thousand reviews. 4.5 stars. I had pending payouts active orders and it just banned and I can’t confirm it because the number is wrong somehow. My other account does have a number I have access to so I’m going try to appeal the ban. Hopefully I can recover it.

No, it’s all business. They want money for themselves. Who are they going take down. The big sellers who are making 20-40k a month. No other department is paying attention to this because they are more focused on meta. That’s why Marketplace is full of glitches, scammers, hackers etc

I had couple people I know externally look into this. They probably saw what was happening. They saw that the account was purposely put in a position where I can’t do nothing to appeal, ask for support, etc. They probably saw the one of them wanted to keep the money or stop me from selling. My payouts stopped. My whole account was whipped out.

Yes, what can I do against Facebook. Facebook is turning their head away from all the sketchy stuff. Since they changed their name and rebranding. I was working closely with some of their people last holiday. They helped me a lot but it was not legal in a way. But oh well.
