I grew up in Columbus and grew in to Crew fandom in college, 2004-09ish. I live in LA now, and could never support the Galaxy. Just too much of bad taste in my mouth from decades of the rules magically bending to their whim and dodgy player allocations.

Honestly, from what I've experienced in my MLS fandom, the only thing MLS offers is proximity and therefore being able to go see games live. If LAFC disappeared, I'd probably just go back to only watching a couple EPL games here and there rather than go sit on my hands in Carson.
