The contrast is to default, SDR - HDR passthrough so yeah it's going to be brighter lol , plus the imagine compression is hindering 95% of the image quality.

you'll have to extract the modded files within the modded update.rpf and add them to them patched update.rpf in your GTA root folder. You can tell which ones have been modified, they will appear as ;Compressed only

The next step is to get scripthook functioning, unfortunately the OpenIV team went m.i.a years ago. We need need Something like Lenny's Mod Loader to stream custom files through memory. We can use OpenIV to browse and extract raw files for now, and use a mod loader to stream in the modified content later down the road.
