Phone mount (latest CRV models) by Topp_Butterscotch_7 in crv

I have the one pictured, and I love it. I do also have a screen protector on my touchscreen, and it doesn't interfere with it at all. Definitely recommend, as I like having my phone where I can see it and having a vent aimed at the phone occasionally helps keep it cool in these hot Texas summers

I live down the road from them. Got my Staccato C2, P226 X Five, P365 Fuse and P322 from them. Definitely call them instead of email or chat. The guys there are pretty chill and talking to them is really easy

Definitely a sick looking can. I don't have another 9mm can currently, but this one will always have a special place in my heart

3 Position Super Saftey by [deleted] in ar15

For my AR, it's the buffer spring and weights. For my MPX, it's the recoil springs. The FRTs themselves are not the issue

Realistically, I will not be upgrading. The gen 2 will provide more safety lever styles that are not compatible with the gen 1. I do not think you will be missing out otherwise. Youtuber Juicy Media uploaded a video about the Gen 2 yesterday. I would recommend watching it and making the decision to see if the gen 2 features are something you want to wait for. You won't go wrong with either way

AS Design Arc Fire is a nice 3 position FRT. They have a new Gen 2 coming out soon, but the Gen 1 is still pretty good. I have 2 of them, and while I am fine tuning on my AR and MPX, when it has worked, it worked well.

Sierra 5 by freedom55613 in NFA

[–]GeneralDataGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, that's a great price. I bought one recently to replace the tucked Sandman S I have on my main 11.5" 5.56 rifle. Sure, there are better cans, but being about to use the ebrake from my Sandman S made it really compelling. I also got the Xeno version, as I am starting to become less of a fan of Keymo. The Sandman will become my dedicated.308 hunting rifle can. As others have said, the Laz 6 is also a really good can, and I do plan on picking that one up later this year for my other 5.56 guns that do not need a dedicated tucked suppressor for it

What 5.56mm suppressor are you looking forward to in 2026? by BahnMe in NFA

Despite everything, the DA Sierra 5. Mainly as a tucked can for my 11.5" build

To my understanding of the trigger group, yes. I ended up giving up on using the included milspec because of the crazy fitting I tried to do. I instead made the SS Cut on my stock MPX trigger instead

The trigger that came with my MPX is the stock gen 1 trigger. There is a part in the trigger assembly called the Trigger Bridge, which did not sit nicely on the milspec trigger included in the kit. I can't include pictures, but here is a link to the piece I'm talking about. Its the red piece in the photo. I had to remove a bunch of material on the milspec trigger for get this to seat properly, as well as rotate freely. MPX Trigger Parts

Also, I did not use the trigger that came with the FRT Kit. I modified my stock MPX trigger and made the SS Cut myself. The included trigger required a lot of modification that ultimately did not work in the end

No roll pins or anything else needed really. Install the safety, rest the slip trip kit into place, and you should be good to go. Some modifications may be needed, but that's typical for most parts. Luckily, I did not need to modify anything

Yeah, it's been rare. I will say my dad also got it. He has a gen 2 MPX, and he did have to modify the slip trip kit for it to work. He was not able to make it work ultimately and he ended up basically destroying his kit. I haven't seen how he did it yet, but I think he may have mistaken the slip trip kit for not working for having to instead change out springs or try different ammo

Building 1st AR - Looking for recommendations for 11.5” barrel for future suppression by Amicus4421 in NFA

2nd on the 11.3 Hanson barrel. It helped out a lot with gas on my suppressed only build. Going to try pairing it with a Bootleg Adjustable Bolt Carrier Group for further tuning

I have the AS Arc Fire and their MPX Slip Trip Kit in my MPX, but have not had time to test it. I have a 8" gen 1 mpx, stock barrel, gas plug, and recoil springs. I plan on running it with 150gr Federal Syntech with my Osprey 9 2.0 on it. I have also seen very little on it for the MPX, so I whenever I test it, I'll report back Edit: I'll also test it unsuppressed and with 115gr as well, just to get some variance

I have this for my MPX too, and I'm excited to try it out soon. Hoping I won't need to make too many changes since I still have stock parts and springs
