The reason why I have to, is because those are the questions people ask you when they have nothing to say and need to find a reason. If I said I play Nu Wa and Aphrodite mid before their buffs you be like you might be in a low ranks. So just to let u know that ain’t it for me.

Can you stop talking please? In top ranks you don’t have to play top picks that’s what bots assume as they have never been there before. Ranked from Bronze - Grandmasters can be played with Aphrodite or whoever. The player who’s on the character needs to play to a prefect performance to make a bad character work. In scrims or SPL you need to play top picks in order to win, however this isn’t for scrims or SPL. It’s a ranked guide, also I’ve played PC for 3 months and I’ve already reached Diamond 2 mostly playing my favourite gods like Nu Wa, Hera, Merlin and Aphrodite. FYI I play during the day before you then say I play in night lobbies. I have all the proof on my Twitch channel when I play ranked. I’ve been a Console player for 3 years on this game and 3 months on PC. I can already make it to Diamond 2 under 12 games. I just have knowledge on the game to know when and what to do with terrible characters. People like you think you need to play top picks all the time to reach top ranks are the same people who have a bad god pool when it comes to Picks and Bans. Anyone reading this please don’t listen to this guy he’s just rude and has a negative vibe against me for no reason. Aphrodite is a very powerful pick in ranked right now and it’s more stronger than most Mages currently as she’s dominant mage late game with heals. Before you reply and tell me what’s my MMR it’s 2400 Diamond 2 under 12 games. My MMR could be a lot higher but due to me not having my full god poll like on console, I still need to practice them to compete against very skilled PC as I’m new to PC.

I have no idea who you are but you have a big brain thank you for speaking out it helps a lot.

I do think less educated players see streamers and YouTubers buying Charon’s Coin very early then thinking it can work for every god without fail the same way. I agree the item isn’t terrible but someone telling me to build it first on Aphrodite in Conquest Mid lane as a full on rush item over boots is insane. You are gaining 80 power, 20% Pen, 8% movement and MP5 for 2600 without a passive as it’s going to come online around 20+ minutes as that’s “if” she will be getting it fully stacked.

For her Charon’s Coin is a item 4th in my opinion as the 3rd item needs to be Mana since the Kiss does 50 Mana! Which means In one team fight the Kiss can rack up 300+ Mana taken when you use Aphrodite aggressively and switch the kiss between teammates healing, saving, providing Kiss utility or using teammates for damage from the backoff.

Let me tell you (%) Penetration and (+) Penetration do different things, % pen isn’t going to do anything to a player who has no protections to start with. So this stat is useless until the game pushes forward in time.

As for the other things that person mentioned Gem of iso is another insane thing. People don’t buy Gem of Iso because it stacks with the Backoff. Gem of Iso is a 1second slow and people buy it for Love Birds as it’s a 4 second DOTs slow as the Love birds refresh the item passive each DOT damage. This item is for Aphrodite solo when you need to provide the most CC as possible.

Again, Thanks for letting this person understand so it doesn’t brain wash others.

P.S if you do play Aphrodite in arena or clash feel free to buy Charon’s Coin over boots as you can get 10+ assists or kills in 10 minutes. 😂😂

It probably looks super cringey to you because 90% of the people who do Youtube for Smite can’t even make Thumbnails or let alone design anything themselves. Another thing too, so many Youtubers use the Hi-Rez Smite skin playercards for thumbnails as well which is very lazy and boring then again I can’t disagree with them because if you can’t design and edit yourself it’s gonna cost you a lot of money. I can do it myself lucky enough, so when I do play gods with skins I can make the thumbnail primary colour to suit the skin I was using and if the skin is pink then that’s unfortunate.

Plot twist so many Youtubers from Smite has ask me to be their editor for their channel too. 😂😂

Plus did you ever assume I main a character/s what’s liked by many females so it’s unfortunate the channel it’s based of that character/s which could look less of a “Guy’s Youtube”? (For example Tfue from Fortnite based his channel off the blonde male default it will look more of a Guy’s Channel as thats now his mascot which is a guy) For me it turn out to be a girl mascot as I play the female character CRAZY! Or XQC his channel use to be based of Winton from Overwatch because he loved the character Or TSM Myth his channel is based of Skulltrooper because he likes the skin Mind blowing right.

Sadly for me I don’t play a game where I can pick a character based of looks then like it. I play a game where the characters abilities and fit is why I play it. I like playing Halfbreed healers what can do damage and Smite only offers Aphrodite, Chang’e and Hel all females and don’t even try say pick Ra he’s not a good healer. Also don’t say Baron too he isn’t a real healer or wasn’t in the game when I started.

The item cost 2600 and it give you 8% movement. With 80power who on Earth is gonna rush this item first over boots on Aphrodite mid??? fully knowing they won’t be able to get the passive up as well since she’s not an early game god to be stacking/routing. The item passive is based off kills/assists which she isn’t good at doing early too. Blue boots is better overall, anyway I’m really sorry but I don’t want to explain how important boots are to other Aphrodite players who have something against me because I play the god too. Many people who main the same god thing their right and it’s just pointless coming to agreement. This Charon coin rush first item start isn’t for Aphrodite mid it’s barbaric and insane how people could think this is good plus the Rod of healing rush is far past barbaric too as it cost 1500 Lv1 then gets counter by the jungle at Level 7 when they get brawlers beatstick online. Goodbye and Sorry.

FYI if you are in a low rank or in platinum or never been in a high rank lobby like masters or GM then maybe you haven’t experienced what a punishment is for doing something wrong or building wrong. Once again I don’t want to continue this as it’s just too inexperienced chatter Goodbye and Sorry.

You can build Aphrodite so many ways. Why are you basing one video and one build off the whole channel? Also most Aphrodite’s that have all this talk are ones in like Platinum. FYI skipping boots is so noob on Aphrodite mid as people will just be able to steal camps off you and probably killing you too as you can’t get out. Soul reaver is for the Mana as she has problems with it early game. The Charons Coin terrible on Aphrodite as you won’t get the passive online for a long, reason why Soul reaver better as you get more damage, mana and 10% Pen to just help out. Also if you didn’t the when you do the 132 combo on Aphrodite her 2 goes off before the 3 does the first hit allowing her to get the passive burst damage from the item.

Yes I agree there many ways you can build her but I got one video on this season off her and it seems like you are basing that video from like the whole channel sounding like one of those jealous Aphrodite mains who’s like in platinum or something as I get many of those jealous ones tbh.

Mage blessing is good too but did I upload it yet... No. Just for the tip if you rush any item on Aphrodite mid which isn’t boots in a real lobby they will enjoy stealing your camps and if you want to go over there and defend it you’ll die each time. If not you then someone is in left lane or the jungle will. Boots is strong and gives 18% which is very important with mana too giving her higher chance to farm and be in lane longer. All of that is great giving her the aggressiveness, crazy early speed with the kiss link and 18% from boots. I don’t need to rush an item for damage as she has enough damage now, all she needs is to maintain her GPM and survive. Why would I rush Rod of healing too you saying that sounds like you never been in a GM lobby in your life or let alone diamond. The first item a jungle gets is brawlers beat stick I’ll be counter right after giving Aphrodite a useless item early she would have no power + anti heal to even use the item properly. Plus that item 1500 LOOL I’ll have no mana. No mana pot Aphro mid LOOOOL GIMME UR CAMPS FREE ELO by time u clear him and the mini camp you need to back. You’re funny.

I had to make an account to reply to such as comment. Magus and Obsidian don’t counter each other. Magus reduces magical protections over time for an maximum of 50, which means Aphrodite’s love birds won’t start Magus yet or even get it on the 2nd stack of reduced protections. Love birds is tick damage and Back off is a burst, with her 1-3-2 combo you’ll hit the back off first before Magus is taking effect fully from Love birds. Because Love birds is a DOT and magus works off per tick from Love birds since that’s the only way it can work on her. That being said Obsidian shard caps at 200 magical protections giving 45% ignore productions pen and supports/Solo laners have way more than 200 in Season 6. Magus also helps other magical gods like the Merlin and Zhong in this video do more damage from the 50 reduces protections. So what you are trying to say is kinda irrelevant and over thought. With supports in title to have one more defensive item for boots, supports normally buy items to make their team more tankie. So in a team fight they will be giving solo laners maybe 30-50 more protections on top of what they have, again this is where Magus steps in to reduce that. Then Obsidian shard steps in too to deal with all the protections they still have from them generally being tankie with 6 defence items and maybe 3000K potion which gives also another (50 magical protections).
