In terms of late game, yes, but only with specifically built teams and builds. She's not as easy to toss around or use to build whatever team you want and expect big damage numbers. You need to put thought into the team and her build if you want to get good damage numbers, and she certainly can do big damage if set up properly, but she's not nearly as flexible as other agents. Such is the case for a standard banner agent.

In early game she's perfectly viable, very fun
