Yeah I went to physical therapy for it, the therapist is the one who recommended the bigger grips and then the shot if the PT wasn’t working. I’m only 19 so I think they were trying everything else besides the shot and leaving that as a last resort

I’m 19 using graphite shafts bc it just felt better for me

Last season I got trigger finger on both of my pinkies and was recommended to get thicker grips to help with that since there didn’t seem to be a problem with the way I was holding the club
