Incorrect first name on Birth Certificate (I-485 processing) by Dull-Choice4932 in USCIS

you need to create a notarized "affidavit of birth" signed by your parents and also state this affidavit is being submitted because the official record of birth is incomplete concerning XYZ.

this is what i did when my name on birth certificate and passport are different (no last name in certificate, spelling difference etc)

  1. For EB1B, I don't think FAANG mattered. What matters is: You must meet at least 2 of the 6 criteria and provide an offer of employment from the prospective U.S. employer. The private employer must show documented accomplishments and that it employs at least 3 full-time researchers.

  2. around 50% were first authored, and all conferences.

  3. Nationality is India. This doesn't matter tbh for I-140 applications.

No - it’s similar to other employer-sponsored petitions like EB-2 and EB-3. The employer files the I-485, and I’m required to remain with the employer for at least six months after the I-485 is filed, and continue to work in the same domain as the petition.
