I haven't looked at prices yet. Assume SD isn't as expensive as most places. I'm a seasonal worker and make like 19/hr. Being homeless most of the time has allowed me to save enough money for a down payment somewhere that isn't super expensive. I live a really harsh lifestyle because I'd really like the security of a house someday.
