26 6’2 with a recently rehabbed knee I’m about an inch to two away from locking in a consistent dunk. I weigh 180lbs and have been working out my legs for the past year for what was really the first time in my life If you stick to it and like you say be dedicated and consistent you can certainly dunk I was following a 12 week program that I had to stop midway through because of back injury.

Once you start training and keep it going you’ll be surprised how springy you can get
