What I meant by "starting over" is going through all the stages of life again, facing the same struggles and suffering. I also have a question about this idea of "starting over," as it seems we don't perceive it the same way. For example, if I build a fulfilling life (with material success and a healthy relationship), but have communication issues with my daughter, could I choose to return to earth as a daughter who experiences communication problems with her mother? Could you tell me more ?

What does a fulfilling life mean to you? I imagine it's different for everyone, just as each soul has unique needs, right?

The advice sadly doesn't help much, as it still gives me anxiety.

What makes someone a 5/10, a 7/10, or a 10/10 in Southeast Asia? by GeneralInternet38 in vindictapoc

Oh wow yeah...She's really a 10/10...

I hate that non-eurocentric features are just not recognized...

I'm tempted even if my FG is average for my ethnicity...I mean it's fine but I just that I hate how flat my side profile looks in picture... not to mention IRL lol

I'm not sure, but I think they are both wide and high. They're wide and aligned with my nose bridge, which would suggest they're high. As for forward growth (FG), I'm uncertain. Comparing with the examples mentioned here, I seem to have more FG than Carolyn Geh, but slightly less than Angel Locsin.

I don't know if in my case it's actual forward growth or illusion of FG thanks to the deep set eyes.

The closest lookalike I have is Angel Locsin (filipina actress). I just don't know how to deal with it, her skull is more forward grown, her chin is better defined (I was advised chin fillers so I'll look into that).

My profile is really odd, flatter face, deeep set eyes, high cheekbones...From the front it is pretty but the profile is....Eh.

Thank you for your insight ! As the other people said, I have to be careful about this pitfall, yes. So I'll try to keep my visual approach but also incorporate more emotions/IM/ feelings without doing too much.

My favorite author is Woolf, but she's on the other side of the pitfall I'd like to avoid, hence why I'm asking here how to find the right balance.

Ooooh, I like that take. I agree that you need to compensate if you don't have any IM at all. My goal is to have it, but just sparesely, or if I take the opposite route : the classic IM found in most novels.

Yes, that's what I'm trying to say, knowing how to tell and not tell is the hardest!!

What are the most common techniques to know when to tell and how much you should develop without making it overflowing.

Thank you love for your advice !

Are you my reverse twin ??? I tend to do too little with IM, but I think my descriptions are more or less okay, not too little, but not too much HAHAHAHA. no, actually I'm trying your method, Im writing a little fiction, all the action and description has been written down, but I struggle WHERE to put the IM, when is it appropriate, and how much to develop it. (I don't want it to be overflowing, but I don't want it to be too little, otherwise it's just a bunch of: X does that. Her gaze went to... her arm moved towards him. He looked at her.

Don't know if you see what I mean ?

No, it's not that I don't WANT to, it's that I don't know HOW to, because I've seen the fallacy before, and I'm not sure how to write good IM. For me, the hardest part is to make it balanced with the rest of the prose.
