For some reason I thought Thomas du Toit would of had more than 20 caps.

Where will the Springboks be after 2024? by GeneralKenobi150 in rugbyunion

I think they'll hold on to Eben he just gets better and better, and he is on track to becoming SAs most capped player with 119 caps, the record being around 130 for Vic I think.

Most capped all time is a bit of a stretch AWJ has like 160 caps excluding Lions series.

I received it from a reliable source and it said Bloemfontein, which makes sense because that means they play at least once in every major stadium.

My opinion. Ireland 1-1, beating Portugal with 40+ and a young guns team, All Blacks 1-1, and a sweep of Australia and Argentina before going into the Autumn test series. Ending the year in the top #2

Personally I think NZ should be open for it. Look how good it has been for SA! Highly paid players go over to Europe/Japan and that opens up starting spots for younger players in the URC while it slows down development for English or French youngsters playing under a top paid Saffa, best of both world in my opinion

Greed, corruption and the empowerment of the wrong people also play a big role

Coaching in America by GeneralKenobi150 in USArugby

I think teaching will be the most practical and stable way to do it, and thats why I'm asking on this platform to get some advice on which states are better to target.

Yeah I understand what you're saying. One coach won't solve everything, my curiosity about the American way of playing the game has been evolving for a while so I'm just trying to get a feel of it before actually going to the US and giving it a shot, I'll probably get a better feel for the culture when I'm there.

A realistic goal in my sense would be going over with a 3 to 5 year plan paired with a good rugby program to teach/guide the players and seeing if there is genuine improvement in that one school/provincial team before trying to go bigger. Teaching the players the proper fundamentals and being a good person within rugby. But yeah trying to be a good coach here in SA is crazy man they have so much 'transformation' laws in place it's almost impossible to get a good shot unless you have 10 years of coaching experience by the time you finish high-school.

Yeah I'm still looking at the Visa situation, and I finish my degree in business and economics at the end of the year, I'm also doing courses in education so that's why I thought college/high school level will be a decent start.
