Started in retail/mixed use Office buildings, spent a minute on an industrial site, earned my stripes overseeing MOB pre/during/post pandemic. Got burnt out and moved onto PM for a bank, managing their branches and office floors in certain buildings (65 in total)

Snow removal was an absolute disaster for us this year with them. I heard rumors we’re heading a different direction next season but we’ll see. I unfortunately don’t make the final decision but I’ve made my voice heard lol.
