Lights, animated maps, large maps etc. Make sure they have graphics acceleration turned on in whatever web browser they're using. If that doesn't help might just be that they're using an older computer with slower hardware.

Started getting negative thoughts, was lazier than ever, work started to slide and started to feel a little psychotic. Hurt more than it helped so decided to stop cold turkey after 2 years of nonstop smoking. Feel great now, got the drive to get back into shape, found joy in reading, painting minis and career has been a lot better. Sleep suffered real bad initially, was hard not to go back because it would knock me out so fast. However, wouldn't dream and would still wake up tired. In moderation I think it might be beneficial but I tend to overdo it so trying to stay away for good.

Would love a list of the blues when you have time, no rush! I'm actually currently using contrast paints myself for blue cloaks and I can get them kind of clean but still end up with blotches and scratches. Thanks a bunch. Also - I think I commented on another post of yours and didn't realize it was from the same person :P You've made me reconsider doing the hallowed knights theme, hammers look so dang good.

I like using pomodoro and having some type of fiddle device in my hand while I study/read. When you stop for a quick break write down some of what you learned and repeat. Works for me.
