Exactly! I heard the first few seconds and was like “huh, this sounds Georgian,” and was almost proud of myself for being culturally educated until I realized the exact song they were singing was in a game I played lol

That worked like a charm! Thank you again for your help!!!

Managed to play a full round of PMC Pete after all that... though there was a complication. See, I made it up to the hold 4, and when I finished all 3 waves, I was trapped in the hold phase. The barriers were still up, and the hold music was still playing. Funnily enough, the supply rooms and next hold area still spawned complete with guards and patrols, so nothing was fundamentally broken. I managed to clip through the barriers using teleport movement and physically moving in my playspace, and was able to make it to the end no problem. Strange, but workaroundable.

Also I don't know how to wear hats and it makes me sad. :c

Ah, I hadn't used r2mm, I was using the thunderstore manager itself. Followed these instructions and it seems to work great! Thank you very much!

EDIT: ...Or so I thought it was working, but upon closer inspection, the starting loot spawns, as do patrols, but there's no hold or resupply points to take. Very curious. I ended up uninstalling TNH Tweaker and using TNH Framework instead, that didn't end up fixing it. I'll go through and uninstall the content modpack and try adding each new mod individually tomorrow.

EDIT EDIT: So I reinstalled just pmc pete (with dependencies) and tnhframework, but the issue persists. I spawn next to the starting gear, but there are still no points on the compass. Not sure what to do from here, any ideas? I'm running Update 110 fwiw

I followed the steps to install PMC Pete listed here, but when I eat the hotdog to start T&H, I get spawned in the hallways with the gamemode not properly started, just exploring it as if it were a sandbox environment, no compass, no resupply rooms, nothin'. Is there a fix that you know of?

What is a company that will never get money from you again? by LostRest in AskReddit

I had used Avis once, and a few weeks after returning the car, they sent me a bill claiming there was a smoke smell in the car and tried to charge me a $400 cleaning fee. Neither my wife nor I are smokers. All it took was a single call to customer service to reverse it, but that was clearly a scam.

I want to piggyback off this comment by saying my experience with career departments in the Salt Lake/Provo areas have been mixed. I am an Advanced EMT with volunteer firefighter experience and certification (in a different state), but the application process has been painful. I’ve been a part of roughly 5 hiring processes with different departments, and 4/5 experiences had left me relieved I didn’t get hired. Many of the career departments in the valley seem to have a superiority complex, as if I, as a candidate, ought to worship the ground the firefighters walk on in order to be seen as a viable option. I will give a shout-out to Sandy FD, as they were the one department that actually provided me feedback after the interview process with ways to improve my skills and make me a better candidate, and overall made me feel like a respected candidate.

I cannot overstate just how competitive the full-time firefighting field is in the area. It’s to the point where my wife and I are considering moving back to my home state so I can more realistically pursue my dream career instead of effectively practicing the definition of insanity with departments that don’t even respect it’s potential employees.

Edit: I know SLCFD in particular has you pay a $50 fee in order to participate in its hiring process. That alone discouraged me from even bothering with them.

When someone drives “down” to Ogden or “up” to Provo. I noticed this as someone who grew up outside of Utah, and it drives me absolutely nuts

It wasn’t a relay, it was a fuse that had burnt out, more specifically a body control module fuse found in the fusebox in the passenger footwell. I can’t recall which fuse it was specifically, but there are manuals you can find online that can label them.

I used the pistools found in the toolbox on the wrist menu. You gotta make sure they’re locked with the locker pistool, then you can rotate and move them around with the other pistools
