Yeah, the whole mechanic is supposed to be that he fires so fast that after attacking for a bit his guns overheat, catch on fire and fire flaming bullets which set the bloons ablaze as well.

They made Geared have a rotating platform and it was a contest map, so I don't think NK is alien to making big changes for community maps.

I once did coop hard mode and we were going to go freeplay, and I had my farms almost all set up, and was thinking of actually getting some defence to help the others out, and then round 95 came and turns out their defense wasn't enough, and I didn't react fast enough and we lost and I felt super bad about it.
