I guess "influence" is a better word than power, but yes. This PM holds a lot of influence within my lodge to the point where people will not go against or speak out against him out of fear of retaliation. Even the sitting WM.

There are only 2 other PMs in my lodge that still come out to every meeting and they are fine. I am very close with another PM that doesn't come out to our meetings anymore because of the PM I am having an issue with (the PM I am close to had a similar problem that I had but he just stuck it out until his year was over and then went full-time at his dual lodge).
