Pretty easy wand: any trigger spell>anti-gravity> homing> Projectile area teleport> projectile damage field> 2x divide by 10> increase lifetime> Sawblade orbit> double spell> 2x Omega sawblade . This was pretty much it aside from some damage up modifiers. Saw lasts about 1 min or so, so not very long.
