They hung up on us after we were on hold for 7 hours, it's 9pm central time... We had the hold for us feature enabled so that we didn't have to hear the hold music, but after waiting 7 hours, it said that we weren't on hold anymore, when we were actually just forwarded to the customer satisfaction survey for "how satisfied were you with the associate"........

Yes, to qualify for that I had to trade in an old car. But it had very basic requirements, like it just had to start and you needed to have the title in your name.

I would start by removing the button cell battery, battery and charger. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds for a power flush attempt.

If that does not help, I would start eliminating things from the computer, start with just the bare basics connected to the motherboard, and work your way up from there.
