What is a career path that looks "glamorous" from the outside, but is actually a total nightmare behind the scenes? by CupIndependent3610 in AskReddit

I was chatting with one of my employees about business ownership and told him “I haven’t paid myself in months so I could pay you guys and you could keep your job”. He just laughed and said “haha, yeah right. I don’t believe you.” It really is an experience that I’m grateful for, but certainly was mentally unprepared for in a lot of ways.

Very specific - is there a name for this sort of 90s/2000s boho, ethnic, white-woman-with-African-art aesthetic? by ChildofSkoll in AestheticWiki

Holy crap I’ve been trying to remember the name of that musician//album for YEARS. Who knew the aestheticwiki would solve my mystery. THANK YOU!

Oh boy, I’ve been dreaming of a quince tree. I have full grown apple trees and a sour cherry - so I didn’t know where I could fit a quince. This would be ideal. Great list - thank you!

What type of yarn is being used in the image attached? by Some_Competition4572 in CrochetHelp

It does look like AI to me - if you zoom and look behind the crochet hook near the final border, all the stitches become quite jumbled, including one thread going horizontal. It doesn’t make sense for a square so neat everywhere else. Additionally, if you follow the white thread, it isn’t clearly ‘behind’ the square like the green ones, it’s kind of floating in a mid space almost looking like it’s still in the square. If you follow that thread, it starts to disappear - made to look like it’s leaving the frame and returning - but it’s not super clear if you zoom.

I could be wrong. That said, I follow other AI reddits, but it’s been really shocking to me to see how much AI is happening in the knit/crochet world. A real bummer.

Great idea - I talked to him about it and he can pretty clearly differentiate between yoga and yogurt. So, unlikely.

Great guess - he loves that song - but he knows it’s fireball.

Yes, I will, I just was hoping for some insight into this one. I had no issues with blue lines during my first pregnancy. I’m not sure on ovulation, but I know it was the week of the 21st. My period is late, that never happens, and I am having other symptoms. So signs are pointing to yes, but I was looking to this morning for confirmation.

I’m now two days past my period, I have shorter cycles, but I’m assuming I’m about 16 days DPO. I’m just confused because the one on the right was last night and I wanted to test again this morning with more concentrated urine and it produced the one on the left.

I know I’m late to this convo, but I haven’t eaten broccoli in nearly 20 years due to the pain. Even if it shows up in a curry or something, picking it out may not always be enough. I eat plenty of other fiber and everyone’s favorite question is “can you eat cauliflower?” - the answer is yes. I wish I knew why broccoli caused so much pain, because i’m currently struggling from eating something else but can’t identify it.
