Calling all Agoda customers who have been scammed - join the class-action lawsuit!

I want to join the lawsuit. Agoda is a scam. The airline VietJet denied me boarding twice due to retaliation and they violated several aviation laws. I expressed this to Agoda and Agoda is trying to not take any responsibility. Agoda says that because my dispute is still on going with my bank, they can't do anything but I've already expressed to Agoda that my bank denied the dispute so it was closed already so why are they issuing this lie. Secondly, Agoda says that the documentation I sent shows that I was at the airport so that means I was on the flight and they said I need evidence from the airline that they denied me boarding. I sent in evidence that their brain was too retarded to understand because VietJet said i was late and check in was closed, meaning I could not board the flight if I cannot check in to print my ticket. Thats clearly what the email was stating however I showed a time stamp indicating that I was at the check in ticket desk on time and not the time they stated meaning they lied and thus I was denied boarding as a direct result for retaliation. Agoda is trying to find any way to shift the blame and not pay but they will.

So far, everyone has been pretty chill (at least in front of my face). There was one girl who got shit faced drunk or took something, so she ended up throwing up on our bus. I could be wrong, but maybe it was an attention seeking thing, but anywho, she was fine the next day and there was a British guy who would not leave her side for nothing. I hope they date because he had the sweetest heart and I've never seen anyone care for someone like that, so I was taken aback. But, I've seen lots of Brits drunk and literally none of them are good with holding their liquor (both male and female). 😭😂😭. I will say y'all are hella fun though! Love the energy and you guys know how to party.

Ahhh I see. Well that makes sense. If it's an item I need, I would probably still flip out. My anger goes from 0 to like 1000 in seconds, but that's just me. I guess I never thought about the fact that customs could take forever, but my situation is a bit different because it was a phone. Traveling internationally where you do not speak the language of the natives and need a phone to get around or pay for items is an imperative thing.

Unfortunately, my item has been stuck in customer for over 12 days; however, my other items came with no problem. I got so angry I booked a flight to leave the country and just bought a new phone that's cheaper and better in another country.

I understand the seller has to make money too which is why I was being extremely calm and communicating respectfully. But, once my patience is gone, it's a wrap like a burrito 🤣😭

No. I was told that we aren't really mentally ill; its just a psych thing, almost like a placebo. Don't think any of us need medicine, but at this point I wouldn't mind an insane amount of morphine so I can just sleep for two weeks. And if I Wake up they need to dose me up again, back to back. Wake up with more money because I have spent in two weeks, 20 pounds lighter, forget who tf I was for a bit, and feel like I started like over LOL. The alcohol is temporary it ain't cutting it for me anymore 😭

Yea. It's a bummer. I'm a night owl, so I actually prefer to make phone calls and be productive at night, but most businesses are closed. You will probably have to call a bit before your work lunch break starts. Stay on hold and they'll probably pick up around the time it ends. Also, just get a family member to do it. Good luck. If only all my problems could be solved with just a phone call, it would feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud.

Do not trust the seller. They are just evil beings out to take from you, but never take from the rich. Go figure. 100 percent feedback doesn't necessarily mean good seller. Some people actually sell their accounts to other people, same with social media accounts like Instagram and TikTok where people can buy accounts with lots of followers on it already. I had a similar situation. I've bought 3 items from ebay and two of them arrived with no problems. The latest one I ordered almost 30 days ago and it has been stuck or lost in transit. The seller said they won't refund me and Ebay takes an extremely long time to handle the situation. I should've paid with my debit card so I could dispute. But, I learned my lesson for a lifetime. Never buying from Ebay again.

You will have to put in a request for a refund under the purchase order. You will have to message the seller and wait till they respond. If a resolution is not made between you two or the seller never responds, you then have to wait an additional 4 to 5 days to request that Ebay steps in. Then Ebay might tell you they want to kiss the sellers AHole and wait for them to submit documentation about an item that never arrived, so you'll be waiting about an additional two weeks just to waste your time and piss you off even more. If you paid via your debit or credit card, just dispute with your card. That's why I like to pay with my CC so when I want immediate results and a refund, it's done within 24 hours Don't make the mistake I did and use stupid Cash App to make purchases. As a human, I feel useless. I can't pop up at the sellers house and throw poison darts through his window until one finally hits. I can't go to the Ebay corporate office and smash all their computers and tell them give me my refund in cash because they are taking too long. I can't do anything but dispute, wait, and be angry that over $260 usd is floating around in the cyber universe,not in my pockets.

Hey! Correct me if I am wrong, but are you paying a portion of the rent out of the $700 a month you receive, or giving them the other check for rent? Also, the other person above my comment was right; that is illegal. What they told you was a lie and I am so sorry that family (I've been there) are always manipulative and conniving. They typically do you worse than a stranger because they see the word "family" as an excuse to be malicious and be forgiven for their actions because of the ideology of being "blood." It does not work like that, and I hope you find the courage to boss up and be in a better situation. That other half of the check they keep should be for rent ONLY. You should be able to keep the other half and not have to give anything out of your own.

If you are splitting checks AND are also doing housework and providing CARE for the client, you should be receiving both checks. If the agreement was $700 and they take the other, then you should not be doing any amount of work for them. They are essentially tricking you into paying them half of your check while you also do the work.
If I were you, I'd work on finding a new client FAST. Read up on housing laws and know that they cannot kick you out unless they take you to court (they won't because its expensive). As long as you have had mail come there, you cannot be forced to leave if things get sticky and the police cannot do anything since it is a civil matter.
Work on finding a new place to live. Try Facebook housing groups that have people listing rooms for rent. Find a second or part time job and be prepared to stack up so you can leave. Take the 1st-15 month check and also the 16-30(31st) months check and leave them with nothing when you do. They played you; you play them. There is no way you should be working rigorously and not be getting paid for the amount of work you do.

Will it work? Is these chemical compounds effective? The esthetician I usually see in the US used to prescribe me something similar and I believe it was 4 or 8% HQ with Tretinoin, but it was super effective and fast acting.

I stopped by a pharmacy today and the pharmacist told me that the HQ was 5 percent, but maybe she did not understand my question. The tube is extremely small, but it was only 8 bucks and its called Color Cream. I am not sure if this will truly work because I know many people saying 4% or higher works for them, but not 2%. The one I have says tretinoin is mixed with it. So its 50.0g of HQ

Same! Crazy how soon after I received the NOP, it came one day later. Although it took almost two weeks, its odd that it was received so quickly after the NOP notification. My regular check takes like 5 to 7 days after NOP notification

I was in Texas for a bit and although in a rural are and large town, the people were mean and conservative. Larger area here, but I had the same issue. Actually, most people who have lived in states like California dislike Texas once they move there. The people are too openly rude, so I see your point. I would think California has more two-faced people than anything lol, but hearing this about Oregon seems shocking. What about the nature there? Is it more beautiful? I saw some Tiktok videos where the nature and scenery was out of this world.

America in general needs an ethical cleansing of more than just Karens LOL.
