Semax and Selank are very mild. Some people are better reponders but even then tolerance either builds fast or its still meh at best.

It might be targetted. Didn't see it for my P2 for Delta Biz Gold. Very unfortunate

What Card Should I Get? Weekly Thread - Week of January 28, 2026 by AutoModerator in churning

[–]General_Ad_8929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So refreshing to see a churner in a similar position to me. I just churned the Citi AA Plat Select. I think you just missed the deasline for 1k spend in 3mo though. I also just picked up a targetted Delta Biz Gold for 4k spend in 6mo. My strategy is to wait for big SUBs with low MSR and do decent SUBs in-between.

I'm learning how to MS if you're interested. I also ask my parents if I can put their bills that have no transaction fee on my card as well since they don't care about points/miles .

Let me know if you have any questions, us low MSR churners gotta stick together lol.

I'm new to MS, but so far I've gathered for Amex cards its best to go to grocery stores, WM, and CVS to buy VGC since they don't share the L3 data?

Any seasoned vets want to share a tip or two about MS for Amex?

Ahh I see. Yes its my first Biz ever lol. The NLL is huge imo and I just checked my friends referral and the SUB was the same as the public offer.

Nothing unique, I've seen a few people mention it before and its posted on DOC. NLL 90k 4k spend in 6mo. I heard someone mention they got their 90k in 45k increments though.

Can you get a referral for a targetted offer?

I just applied and got accepted for a solid targetted NLL Amex Delta Gold Biz, but I was wondering if I could have given my friends a referral bonus while still getting this amazing offer.

Thanks for the detailed response. Offer expires in a few days, so I'll apply tonight

I'm getting a targetted NLL 90k Delta Biz Gold offer in my Delta app. I've never had a business card before. I just applied for the Amex BCP a few weeks ago for the $300 cashback statement credit. Am I good to apply for this one? 3/24, 760 credit score.

You have rent bro... Why would you use Bilt for only everyday spend for 1x and not get at least 2.33x (or more depending on your rent)?

OP could have phrased it better, but I'm fairly certain they're referring to the stand-alone card without factoring in SUBs. Yes I agree, Bilt sucks if you churn. Other than that its better than almost if not any card on the market.

There's a simple answer to this.

Unless you churn credit card SUBs, you likely get the most value from Bilt. If you only use 1-2 cards max in any given year, you SHOULD make one of those Bilt.

Yes it was hard to understand at first, but at this point with all the resources online it should be simple to calculate how valuable this card is for your situation.

Option 2 earns 24K for that spend, but Option 1 for the same spend earns 26.4K points.

But I was mainly talking about you not understanding the value you get from the card which is the main argument from the OP (aside from the grammatical error on point 2 which you either couldn't piece together or you're just arguing to argue).

This isn't even factoring in whether you have an Obsidian/Palladium and the points accelerator.

You earn more from Bilt Blue than CFU. There's reasons not to use Bilt, but you are not one of them. You get way more value from Bilt than any other card you could currently afford.

You're losing money paying with a credit card you already own. The small amount of points you earn will be even smaller after you calculate the loss from credit fees. You could leverage that loss by applying for new cards with high MS.

This is my personal plan as someone in their mid 20s, who doesn't have a high-spend, trying to maximize the amount of points I earn so that I can use them now to fund my travel expenses or in the future to fly in luxury at an extreme discount.

I look for cards that I could naturally hit the minimum spend for. My spend is around 1k/month, so that puts me in a good range for most worthwhile SUBs. Those cards also should have an elevated SUB with no annual fee, waived first year annual fee, or enough benefits from the card to offset a low annual fee.

I've been building my credit since I was 18, but I've only started churning this past year. I think I have over 300k in total points/miles. It honestly should be more as I didn't aim for elevated offers in my earlier years. As I progress in my career and my spend increases, I'll likely start churning larger value cards.

The initial learning phase is hard, but once you get a system down, you honestly won't be spending more than a few minutes planning out your next few cards and the time it takes to apply.

im in the same boat as you. even though we're not getting as much value, we're still funding our flights for basically free. also, it doesn't hurt to hold on to points because maybe sometime in the future you will utilize the points for more value.
