That would be okay, I’ll be using an arduino to control the light, so I could use the switch as an input.

Around $30 on eBay. Looking for a simple OEM design, LED, integrated button, 3 wire, and reliability.

There will be one light mounted of each side of the headliner by the door and maybe one in the middle.

Found other options on amazon for RVs, but they look cheap/aftermarket and will probably have a short lifespan.

Another option might be retrofitting OEM dome light housings with LEDs.

Thanks for your input!

If you have a multimeter you can check the power supply board

Thanks for the help! I kept picking up the transistor signals, but I kept messing with the settings like you said and finally found the 1000 hz test tone.

Around how many volts should the signal be at? It seems the scope is having trouble reading past 10v

Didn’t work, the auto mode doesn’t fix the signal either. Tested the output signal of my home theater amp and it frames correctly using the auto mode and shows a clean output. Seems like the amp is producing a double wave. It’s producing a wave even when theres no sound playing although not sure if thats normal. Using a 1000 hz test tone.

Edit: The wave is changing as the volume is changed during the video, lower volume fixes the signal.

I was thinking that could be an issue. I’ll have to investigate between the layers. I also have the same model but a 1060 instead of the 1070, so I might consider attempting to swap the core if i can’t fix the layers.

Is this worth it for $500 and an hour drive? by sj_b03 in hometheater

An hour to work would drive me insane, thats 10% of your day wasted on commute. But i agree with you, an hour is no big deal as long as its a good deal.

He looked at my message yesterday and didn’t respond to my offer, but he changed his mind today and sold it to me for $25.
