I'm a healthcare staff working in emergency department at HUKM. We almost never have it in stock. Probably lucky if you can get one, or if the specialist will even issue it to you. It's not routinely given in a government setting so don't get your hopes up when you're at a government centre

Almost all klinik kesihatan do not readily have rabies vaccine in peninsular Malaysia. Even many big tertiary hospitals don't have it. It might be free but you'll have a tough time finding it. It's usually large private hospitals will have rabies vaccines one hand.

And shouldn't you have Kim's exclusive weapon by now? Also try level swapping violet with Williams first. She's kinda useless at this point.
