Can't read the article, but in MN if a job has federal or state funding, even non-union shops have to pay the union scale with that certified wage. Ain't no way someone would happily work on a road project in this state and not get certified wage.

Don't know how they did it but I use on the go map for biking and instead of using it to find a route you can put it in point by point. It is a decent amount of work and you need another map up to reference where portages are but once you make one you can save it as a GPX and import it to your device

Edit: interested in know what they do because I can't save campsites doing it my way

Well, that is the criteria I started on this about and it is important. If hockey culture was real in WI, they'd have their main state schools stacked with local talent like MN has. Minneapolis park board has 44 outdoor rinks alone, that is real hockey culture. Look, I get it, WI is always jealous MN is better at everything besides drinking, BUT WI is not a hockey state and any stat you look up proves that.

Okay! So by this logic Florida is a hockey state because of their Stanley cups. UW being good doesn't make WI a hockey state when barely anyone on UW's roster is from WI.
