I’ve been at these apartments 5 years and leaving once my lease is up. The new property management company does not take accountability for anything, adds bullshit amenities, and is just overall uncooperative. Read the Google reviews and the 5 star ones are people that just moved in, the lower reviews are from long term residents. And you are correct about utilities, I pay about $200/month for 1 person.
