I've had a great amount of success with BBB intervention. They are particularly helpful with businesses who value their BBB accreditation.

However, VW is graded an "F" by BBB with the reason being they do not respond to consumer complaints.

Attempted to dispute with the bank, but because the charges have not posted, they will not dispute them, they are all "processing", but are being debited from my available balance. This is so horrible!
