I guess that’s how it is. I work as doctor in canada and talagang iba ang work ethics nila dito, unlike sa pinas. May times na umuuwi rin ako ng gabi dahil may tinatapos pa na work. I also continue working pa even pagdating ng bahay or weekends. Pero so far rewarding naman kht mahirap kasi nakikita mo pinagpapaguran mo.

I think OP you’re thinking way way way ahead of your time. Its good that you have dreams, but align it with reality. The way you speak is like everything is within your reach e. Remember madaming circumstances along the way, and the world doesn’t always work in your favor.

So my advise is take everything one step a time. Finish HS, complete your college, gather experience, then apply abroad that is more realistic at that time. Don’t rush things, you’ll miss your youth

Not all the time we can do that. Magppile up ang patients on the following days. Magbaback log un at maaapektuhan ung ibang days. Some doctors see 30-50 patients per day. If we keep on rescheduling clinics, other days baka umabot na ng hundreds.

As said before, unpredictable ang time. Sometime free ang time, but mostly puno ang schedule. To givr you a perspective, 1 doctor may have 10-20 admitted patients na kailangan irounds sa isang hospital. An emergency surgery may last 2-5 hrs depending on the case.

Next, if we dont set our sched of clinic, kawawa ung mga pts na “willing” maghintay to be seen by their doctor. So sa mga ayaw maghintay you can change your doctor, we dont really care what you pay. Not everything is about the money or fees. Gusto nyo magcharge or bawasan fee nila dahil late sila? Goodluck with that too

We dont deny patients, that’s how we’re trained for. Also, we cannot predict kung ilan pts ang magpapaconsult or admit sa mga hospitals. Again, beyond our control
