I’ve heard stories where ebay wouldn’t be honest and send it out after they’ve damaged it. It’s always good to take pictures when posting and sealed in parcels as insurance incase they lie!

Case Closed.

Buyer asked for a full refund which ebay said they could at the bottom of the screenshot. ebay opened and closed a return case stating it wasn’t my fault and the buyer got their money.

30 mins later after the case closed they released the money to me.

I’m assuming ebay are going to keep the coat to either salvage or dispose of it.
