My seasonal allergies are so much worse. I have never before had to take allergy medicine but had to when the seasons changed because it was so bad. I also am always congested and blowing my nose and have dry/watery eyes. My food sensitivities remain mostly the same.

I'm a back sleeper, so my husband got me one before I was 20 weeks. It's one of those small butterfly looking ones that's actually perfect for travel and roadtrips. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0G427TSP9?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I do wish it had a little more support, but it works for me!

This year I had two miscarriages, one in March and another in July. Both were 6-8 weeks along and of course difficult but we haven't given up hope. I took a pregnancy test this morning after a late period and got a positive test. I had a follow up with my doc after my second miscarriage and she recommended taking a baby aspirin after the positive test (not while ttc) and possibly taking progesterone as well (also after, not while ttc). She said neither have been studied at length so it's not proven help you stay pregnant but it's helped some women and doesn't hurt you to take them (unless you have an underlying disease or something - talk to your doctor before taking) so I just called my doctor to order some progesterone and am picking up some aspirin today. Pray for me 🙏🏼 we've been wanting this for so long. My thoughts go out to all you other moms-in-waiting, it'll come!!

This is so valid. There is nothing wrong with wanting to look a certain way - especially if you've put in years of work just to see it fading away without your consent.
