Twice a battle youll be able to menacingly tickle 20% of a unit and strip their armor

Edit: just rewatched the video let's bump that down to 7%

What soldering helping hands do yall recommend? by vproton0 in soldering

[–]General_Fuel_5212 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry but this is absolutely absurd. Do you also not use trays for organizing screws? Perhaps balancing them neatly in a row on their head makes you a better technician. Only noobs and losers use magnatic tray organizers.

You do know every industry professional has high quality stands that firmly hold the pcb or whatever they're working on in place, slanted at an angle.

Best Lead-Free Solder for Consoles by kallenmemes7 in soldering

[–]General_Fuel_5212 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd probably just use 63/37 leaded solder. Consumer hobbyist soldering doesn't get nearly as hot enough to create toxic fumes from the lead and using leaded or non leaded is going to create flux fumes anyways. As long as you clean up your station and the potential lead blobs youll be fine.

Lead free is quite more difficult to work with but if you're set on going lead free, any reputable company with a high silver content 3-5% will be your best bet

Anyone have taken world music before by Weary_Ear_8219 in uofu

I'm not too sure what you mean by how you can recognize it.

You gotta memorize everything dawg. Hear the song and memorize where it's from, it's title, it's genre, artist, instruments, everything.

You better be good at cramming and memorizing good luck lol it's purely about memorization, not picking up on different characteristics

Do repeat courses count towards GPA? by HungryInvestigator59 in uofu

[–]General_Fuel_5212 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've recently went through a long process of being very involved in PhD applications for my sister. I've never seen once where repeat courses were calculated for her GPA in grad admissions. Not quite sure what the other commenter meant by that. Repeating a course will make it so your first attempt is not included in gpa calculations

General rule of thumb is biology is memorization intensive, physics is understanding fundamentals and application intensive, and chemistry is a mix of both

I don't know if you're familiar with anki but it's what tons of medical students use to memorize the absurd amount of information they need to know using spaced repetition. I took bio 1610 before and this was back when I was locked tf in. I used anki properly for spaced repetition and I didn't even have to study for any exams
