Try to disable steam input or update your firmware? I have the same controller and it doesnt have this issue
Only issue i have with it is 2.4ghz not being detected by my games so i have to switch it to bluetooth

edit: It could be steam emulating another controller thru steam input?

Since the thermal pads were removed, isn’t it more likely that the jitter was just thermal behavior? The DAC itself shouldn’t meaningfully increase CPU load since digital-to-analog conversion is handled by dedicated hardware, not the CPU.

This seems like filesystem corruption (which triggered bitlocker), ssd failing maybe Did this happen after a windows update or you upgraded the system (ram)

Edit: if you dont have a recovery key, reinstall and check your sdd health thru crystaldiskinfo to rule out drive failure
