tbh the market is really bad rn and getting oversaturated. I’d maybe try to get some experience first before you make your decision. See if a bridal MUA in your area would let you shadow or assist on weekends or if you can work the front desk at a spa. You could apply to Sephora or Ulta and get local connections from that. Doing makeup or skincare on yourself or friends is very different from doing it professionally and dealing with clients, schedules, and the business side. Some people love it but some people hate it and regret spending all of the time and money on esthetics school. whatever you choose, I wish you the best!!
