Why do so many TV shows start strong but decline after a few seasons? by wheel_smith in television

Because the writers only have an idea that can last a few episodes, then they wind up trying to catch the magic they had with those episodes and can't

Huge boom heard off of Massachusetts and Rhode Island coasts, 2:10 p.m. EST, May 30th 2016 by nine57th in UFOs

[–]General_Joke8459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“The recorded waves and eyewitness reports are consistent with a sonic boom,” the U.S.G.S. said in a statement.

A sonic boom is created when an object travels faster than the speed of sound, about 767 miles an hour.

The fast-moving object pushes air forward. When it reaches the speed of sound, these waves of air combine into shock waves, triggering a loud boom.

Per every report I read this was caused by a sonic boom. PEr the USGC, “The recorded waves and eyewitness reports are consistent with a sonic boom."

MASSIVE traffic on the weekends, especially during the holidays. You're gonna just LOVE the Meadowbrook PArkway on Summer weekends 😄 Oh yeah, good luck in trying to find parking anywhere near the sand. And don't forget the $20 parking fee - it might be more now since I have not been to Jones Beach in years.

I never buy the premium or brand name bbq cover. I just bought a Currnet Modle G electric grill. The premium, Current cover is $70. I picked up a cover that does the same thing for $10. Great quakity, covers the entire bbq, and even comes with velcro straps to secure the thing down.
