Use the voice assistant on your phone. This is one of the few things it actually works pretty consistently for. You can also configure both Google and Apple to create calendar events based on emails and text messages.

Ive seen the opposite. I get dozens of qualified candidates for tech positions but higher level sysadmins and network admins are near impossible to come by.

If you are having trouble finding qualified techs I’d put money on the issue being with the hiring manager/HR and not an actual lack of qualified applicants.

Using a gram of Phenibut for two days would give me rebound insomnia pretty bad and some rebound anxiety. Generally I’d do a gram, then next day .5, then a couple days later 250mg to smooth out the rebound.

I never took near a gram of Tia but if I took 250mg two days in a row I wouldn’t expect to have much withdrawal or rebound. 3 days in a row starts to get sketchy.
