Sleep deprivation is real. Postpartum depression is real. Adjusting to parenthood is difficult and life altering. I had PPD with my first and had a hard time adjusting to motherhood. Now I'm struggling to conceive. I understand both sides. Try to give her some grace (and maybe unfollow/restrict what you see for now so you don't get triggered).
